    20 brussel sprouts (about)
    2 tbsp. honey mustard
    6 strips bacon


Cook bacon in frying pan until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. when cooled, crumble and set aside. Pour out puddled grease in pan, but leave a thin film to cook sprouts. Take sprouts and wash thoroughly. Cut each in half. Place cleaned and cut sprouts face down in the frying pan. cook on medium/high heat until browned. Once browned, flip them over to continue cooking up to 5 mins or so, covered. once they are tender, toss them in the honey mustard and crumbled bacon. serve warm.

makes 2 large sides (or a good lunch portion!)
