Ingredients

    Water 5 cup
    Chicken broth from boiled chicken, 4 cup
    Boiled Chicken - no skin , 3 cup
    Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving
    Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix, 1.25 oz
    Great Northern Beans (15.8 oz can), 1 can
    Garbanzo Beans 1 can
    Hominy 1 can
    McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, chopped, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Boil 5 chicken breast in 5 cups of water, (yields about 3 cups chicken and 4 cups broth)
Dice chicken and set aside.
Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and diced green chilies in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Add cumin, seasoning pack, Garbanzo beans, Northern Beans,Hominy and the reserved chicken and broth.
Bring everything to a boil and reduce heat for 1 hour.

Makes about 10 1 cup servings,

(note) rinse canned beans and hominy to reduce sodium, add red pepper flakes to make it a little hotter.
