Ingredients

    1 cup apple juice
    1 cup blueberries
    1 Tbs cornstarch

Directions

Mix apple juice and cornstarch in saucepan until free of lumps.

Add berries and cook over moderate, stirring constantly, until sauce clears and thickens.

Serve hot over pancakes or waffles.
