    7 Cups White Rice - (does not have to be minute rice)
    Chicken Thighs and Legs - per person, this is just about 3lbs of chicken recipe
    1 pkg Mixed Vegetables
    3 cups Cream of Mushroom Soup


Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

In a large casserole or roasting dish combine rice, water (for rice based on rice instructions), cream of mushroom soup, and vegetables, place in pan, set aside.

Place the chicken in a microwave safe glass dish and cook on high for five to seven minutes.

Move the pieces of chicken onto the rice and vegetables (without the grease) and cook for at least 1 hour.

***This recipe is for cooking rice, minute rice may take less time. If using Minute Rice precook the chicken completely and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
