    1/2 lb of lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 jar of ragu light tomato basil
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 zucchini
    1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh
    1 lb mozzarella cheese
    1 container ricotta cheese
    2 oz parmesan cheese


brown ground turkey until cooked.
cook zucchini and mushrooms in skillet with garlic until soft.
boil lasagna noodles until cooked.
mix ragu sauce, turkey, zucchini and mushrooms.
layer in 9x13 pan - sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella... you should get at least 3 layers. top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Cook in 400 degree oven about 30 mins or until top is browned.

Let stand out of oven for about 5 minutes prior to serving.

Makes 12-3 inch squares.
