Crockpot easy! Crockpot easy!
Number of Servings: 20


    1 large can of crushed pineapple in own juice
    3 lbs chicken breast
    2 T sesame oil
    1 small box sugar free orange jello
    1/2 cup warm water
    red pepper flakes (if desired)
    1/4 whole wheat flour
    1 T low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 box instant brown rice prepared (9 cups)


cut chicken into bite sized pieces and shake to coat in flour. Quickly pan cook with sesame oil. To crockpot, add 1 can pineapples with juice, and 1 box of sugar free orange jello disolved in half a cup of warm water. Add ginger and soy sauce and red pepper flakes if desired. After chicken is done, add to crock making sure that the sauce covers the top of all the chicken. Cover and cook on medium for 4 hours. Serve over brown rice with steamed broccoli or stirfry mix.
