These deviled eggs taste great and can be enjoyed anytime, not just parties! These deviled eggs taste great and can be enjoyed anytime, not just parties!

Ingredients

    7 large eggs
    3/4 Tb. prepared mustard
    2 Tb. sweet pickle relish
    3 Tb. reduced-fat sour cream
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Hard-boil the eggs. Cool, then peel. Slice eggs in half.

Put cooked yolks in bowl. Add mustard, relish and sour cream and mash thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff egg whites and enjoy anytime without guilt!
