    *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 4 oz (remove)
    Red Potato, 200 grams (remove)
    *Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)


1 rinse and slice potatoes into bit-size chunks
2 mix olive oil and ranch dressing seasoning packet in a baking dish
3 dip pork chops in olive oil mix to coat both sides and place in baking dish
4 put potatoes into olive oil mix shake to coat
5 place onion rings over chops and potatoes
6 add water and cover dish
7 bake 350 for 40-45 minutes or until chops are cooked through and potatoes are tender inside.
(you can remove cover after about 30 minutes to get potatoes crispy)

  • I made this tonight, but didn't have any ranch dressing seasoning mix on hand but did have italian dressing seasoning mix and so I used that. Very good!! - 12/20/12
