    2 lbs ground chuck
    1 lb pork sausage
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    1 cup shredded Cheddar
    salt, dried oregano, garlic pepper, dried basil.. all to taste.

    Mix well...add some crushed pork rinds if necessary and too loose a mixture.

    Use scoop to make 48 meatballs, bake 24 at a time for about 25 minutes at 375 F.


Makes 48 meatballs...4 to a serving
Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes on a broiler pan. Bake about 24 at a time.
