Introduction

No sodium and packed full of fiber
Use frozen fruit. You will need a bullet or blender.

Ingredients

    .5 cup Frozen Strawberries
    .25 cup Frozen Mangoes
    .25 cup Frozen Blueberries
    .5 cup Frozen Strawberries
    1 cup Unsweetened Orange Juice

Directions

Cut frozen strawberries into smaller pieces
Cut frozen mangoes into smaller pieces
Place in bullet or blender
Add enough orange juice to blend
Add blueberries & strawberries and again enough orange juice to blend.

This yields about 2 cups of delicious thick fruit smoothie. Use any fruit you want, or different portions depending on your taste. The less orange juice you end up using the better!
