    Ronzoni Healthy Harverst Lasagna noodles-6
    low fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup
    low fat ricotta cheese 3/4 cup
    part skim motzerlla cheese 3/4 cup
    Prego veggie smart sauce 1 jar
    1.2 lb ground beef lean
    spices to taste


boil noodles per package directions
cook beef and add seasonings to taste
add sauce to beef
In separate bowl mix following
ricotta cheese
cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of motz cheese and add any seasonings to taste

spread equal amounts of cheese mix into lasagna noodle and roll

place small amount of sauce in bottom of backing dish then place rolls in dish.

pour rest of sauce over top.

bake in oven at 350 for 30 min.

add remaining amount of moz cheese at last five min

serving equals one roll

I still have some things to do to modify this.
