    Splenda, .125 cup
    *almond meal, 0.5 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp

    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)
    Great Value Neufchatel cheese, 8 oz
    Splenda, .5 cup
    *Da Vinci Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (Sweetener), 4 tbsp
    *Nescafe Taster's Choice Hazelnut Instant Coffee, 2 serving


Melt butter and mix with 1/2 cup almond meal and 2 tbls splenda mix and press into bottom of pie plate, bake for 5 min at 400 let cool.

for pie whip cream into soft peaks then add splenda, cheese,coffee,syrup. continue whipping till firm peaks and pour and spread in to pie plate, then refrigerate till set.

Make 6 servings

Make sure that the cheese is room tepmertature
