    1.5 cups chopped broccoli florettes
    2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella)
    1 medium onion chopped
    3 Tbsp all purpose flour
    8 eggs
    1.25 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Makes 6 hearty servings
Steam chopped broccoli for 3 minutes
Mix cheese, onion, and flour
Spread in a buttered quiche pan or casserole dish
Beat eggs; mix in milk, salt, mustard, and worcestershire sauce
Pour over cheese mixture
Cook uncovered in 350 oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until set
Let stand 5-10 minutes.
You can also use cooked spinach, sauteed mushrooms, etc
