Introduction

When you only have onions and a tomato can on hand, you got soup !!! When you only have onions and a tomato can on hand, you got soup !!!

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 sliced onions
    1 19on can of diced tomatoes
    water
    italian seasonnings or any herb you like
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Cook onions slowly in olive oil. Add the tomatoes and water till not too thick. Salt, pepper and the seasonning you like.
Serve with a basil leave and some parmesan cheese.
