    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 T tahini
    1 T white miso paste
    2 T fresh lemon juice
    1 t soy sauce
    1/3 c olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn


In small bowl combine the garlic, tahini, miso, lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over torn and washed romaine leaves and toss.
