    1/2 cup free caesar italian dressing
    1 lb. large shrimp
    1 cup thin red pepper slices
    3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves


pour 1/4 cup dressing over combined shrimp and red peppers in shollow dish or resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerat 15 minutes to marinate. Remove shrip and red peppers frommarinade discard marinade. Place chipotle peppers, tomatosauce andthyme in blendororfood processor container; cover. Blend well
Pour remaing 1/4 cup dressing intolarge skillet. Add shrimp mixture; cook on mediumheat 3minutes stirreing frequently. Remove shripm mixturefrom skillet; set aside increase heat to med. hight. Add chipotle pper mixture toskillet,cook 5 minutes. Add shrimpmixture; cook and stir an additional 2 minutes or until strip cooked through
