    1 C whole wheat flour
    1C white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda and baking powder each
    2 cups sugar
    1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, partially drained
    1 C Oil
    1/4 C raisins
    1/4 C chopped nuts (optional)


Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix carrots, pineapple, oil, add dry ingrediants to wet and mix well. add raisins and nuts if desired.. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degree oven until cake is done. Cool before taking out of pan.
