    3 rashers smoked streaky bacon
    1 onion
    10g butter
    1/4 glass white wine
    350ml chicken stock
    1/2 cup peas
    100g cooked king prawns


Fry off the chopped bacon in a casserole
Add the butter and the chopped onion
Cook until soft
Add the wine and cook for 2 mins
Add the hot stock and the peas
Cook in an oven (200) for 20 mins
Stir through the prawns
