Introduction

This is a tasty way to have dinner ready when you come home from work. This is a tasty way to have dinner ready when you come home from work.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1-1/4 LB. Lean Stew Beef, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 Pkt. Old El Paso 40 % less sodium Taco Seasoning
    1 Can (14 oz) Hunts Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    1 Can (10.75 oz) Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 Lrg. Onion, diced
    1/4 Cup water

    3 Toufayan Low Carb Pitas

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pitas and stir to mix together. Put in crock pot on low setting for 6-8 hours. Cut each pita in half (to make 6 halves) and split open at the pocket so it lays flat on the plate. Divide the meat mixture into 6 even portions and top the pita halves with it. Enjoy!
