Ingredients

    5 c frozen blueberries
    2 pears, peeled and diced
    .5 c sugar
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp flour
    2.5 c Bisquik
    2/3 c 2% milk
    cinnamon
    2 tbsp sugar
    cinnamon

Directions

Spray bottom of baking pan with cooking spray. Toss together blueberries, pears, lemon juice, flour and 1/2 c sugar and pour into pan. Mix Bisquick & milk. Drop by teaspoon-full on top of fruit. Mix 2 tbsp sugar w/ dash of cinnamon and sprinkle over Bisquick drops. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes approx 12 servings.
