Ingredients

    20 oz. lean beef meat
    1 package of mixed veggies (11 servings)
    4 cups water
    1 can stewed tomatos
    salt
    pepper
    6 servings V8 juice

Directions

boil beef in water for an hour, add V8 juice, cook for another 30 minutes. Add frozen veggies and tomatoes. Continue cooking for another hour. Add salt and pepper to taste. makes about 10 1 cup servings!
