    12 oz Hodgson's Mill whole wheat fettucini
    1 package taco seasoning
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    12 oz lean ground beef
    3 tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped
    1 15 oz can diced, no salt tomatoes
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup 2% low fat cheddar


Cook fettucini according to directions.
Chop vegetables and add to ground beef, brown, and blot meat with Viva paper towel to absorb excess fat.
Place all in a 13 x 9 " pan and top with 1/2 low fat cheese.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
