    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 32 tbsp
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 4 tbsp sliced
    Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cup
    Tortilla Chips, 4 oz need 3 cups crushed
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped

    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded


Brown ground beef in a large skillet, add salsa after meat has browned. Simmer salsa and ground beef for 20 minutes or until juices have been absorbed. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray, place crushed tortilla chips in bottom of pan, spoon hamburger mixture over crushed chips, spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle with chopped tomato and scallions. Place shredded cheese over tomatoes and onions. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
