Oats, 2 cup (I use Bob's Red Mill thick cut rolled oats which provide a very satisfying texture.)
    Coconut Flour 2/3 cup
    Hemp Protein Powder 2/3 cup
    Spelt Flour 2/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup
