    93% Lean Ground Beef, 20 oz
    reduced fat cheese nips, 2 serving
    Egg white, 1 serving
    Hunt's Ketchup, 8 tbsp
    *Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Honey Mustard, 5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    2 cloves garlic, minced


Preheat oven to 375. Grate zuchinni. Dice onion in small pieces. Crush cheese nips. Mix all together except bbq sauce and 2 Tbs. of the ketchup. Place in loaf or on cookie sheet and brush top with ketchup and bbq sauce. Bake for an hour or so.Let cool about 5 min before slicing.
