Number of Servings: 8


    Apples, fresh, 10 cup slices
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup, divided
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup
    Quaker Multigrain Oatmeal Cereal, .25 cup (can substitiute plain oats)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp


Combine Apples, .5 cup of the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice in a large baking dish. Combine other .25 cup of sugar, brown sugar, flour, multi-grain cereal in a small bowl. Cut in butter, and pour evenly over apples.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
