    1 cup Egg Beaters
    1 cup Skim Milk
    2 servings (12 slices) Oscar mayer Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, shaved
    1/2 cup Italian Style shredded cheese (Best Choice brand)
    1/2 cup Hodgson Mill whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 cup Italian Style shredded cheese


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together, except 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake in a pie plate at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with 1/4 cup cheese. serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.

    I created this for breakfast this morning. I took a piece to a local coffee house that serves a "Skinny Pie" with hidden fat/carbs/calories. The cook loved it and is planning on serving it instead. I did add a little salt and pepper to it at the table. Next time, I'm adding jalapenos next time.
