    2 c defrosted unsweetened frozen strawberries with juice
    3 egg whites
    1 pkg unflavored gelatin
    2 TBS splenda (our berries were not very sweet)


Beat egg whites. Dissolve gelatin in strawberry juice according to directions. Beat in strawberries, gelatin and splenda. Fold gently and thoroughly into egg whites. Chill for 6 hours.
