Ingredients

    1.2 kg pork chops, deboned and visible fat removed
    1 can (5 1/2 oz) Hunts tomato paste
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    2 cups water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Pan-fry pork chops to brown. Mix together water, sugar and tomato paste, adding spices of your own choosing. Pour over pork chops and cover. Reduce oven heat to 275F, and bake pork chops for 3 hours.

Makes 12 - 100g (3 1/2 oz) servings
