Ingredients

    1 multi grain sandwich thin
    4 oz chunk light tuna in water
    1 tsp mustard
    2 slices tomato
    1 slice skim mozzarella

Directions

Toast bread
Mix drained tuna and mustard
Spread tuna on sandwich thins
Top with slice of tomato and half cheese on each side.
Broil until brown and bubbly
Enjoy!
