    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style, 1.75 cup (remove)
    *Breakstone Reduced Fat Sour Cream, 6 tbsp (remove)
    corn muffin mix, 6 serving (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, .3 cup, shredded (remove)


combine one drained can of corn with one can of creamed corn and a box of corn muffin mix. Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and pour into a casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Top with cheese and return to oven until it's melted.
