Number of Servings: 3


    3 pork loin (boneless) chops
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp cumin (or to taste)
    salt to taste


Press cloves of garlic into small ramikin. Mix together: pressed garlic, lemon pepper, cumin, and salt.
Broil chops on low for about 6 minutes, turn over and cover with garlic & spice mixture.
Broil on HIGH until done, 6-9 minutes more in my oven.
