    Dressing :
    3 Tbs white vinegar
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tsp sunflower seeds, unsalted
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

    Coleslaw :
    2 cups finely chopped cabbage
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped carrot


In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients.
In large bowl, toss all coleslaw ingredients, stir in dressing. ENJOY ...
