    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can of great northern beans
    1 can of peeled crushed tomatoes
    1 can of yellow corn
    2 cans of vegetable broth
    2 stalks of celery
    2 teaspoons of yellow bell pepper diced
    1 small onion diced
    1 large clove of garlic pressed
    1 soup can of water
    3 teaspoons of fresh cilantro
    salt and pepper to taste


Open all cans and rinse beans and then put in large pot. Add one soup can of water. Cut and dice vegetables, onion, celery, garlic, pepper, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high heat until it boils and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or more. I served this soup with cornbread and it made a delicious meal of a cool fall night.
