    1T Butter
    2T Margarine
    1 small or medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large butternut squash, cubed
    1 box fat free chicken stock
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup half and half
    1t nutmeg


Saute onions and garlic in butter and margarine until soft.
Add Squash, cover with chicken stock and simmer, covered, until squash is fork tender.
Use hand blender to blend until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Makes 4 large bowls
