    Prawns, King and standard
    Soured cream
    Egg noodles
    Apple (chopped small)
    Sliced cucumber
    Cayenne pepper as seasoning


Heat a pan with boiling water and cook noodles for about 3 mins. Drain and cool. Mix chopped parsley into the soured cream and add the standard prawns. Mix in the noodles, fine chopped apple and sprinkle the cayenne throughout to season to your liking. Put on plates decorating each with the king prawns. Add sprig of parsley to each and serve with salad leaves if desired.
