    Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed, 3lb
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, .5 cup
    Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    Bay Leaf, 4
    Onions, raw, 2 small
    Cornstarch, 4-5 tbs
    Water, tap, 1/4 cup


1. Sprinkle roast with garlic powder and sear on all sides in a hot frying pan lightly sprayed with Olive oil.

2. Combine bay leaf, beef broth and condensed soup in crock pot or slow cooker set to low. Place seared roast on soup mixture and top with sliced onion. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

3. Remove roast and set aside to rest. Discard bay leaves. Whisk cornstarch and water together until smooth, stir into the cooking juices and cook on high for 30 minutes or until gravy it thickened. Slice roast and return to Slow cooker till heated through.
