    4 cups of cubed butternut squash
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 pat of butter
    1 tsp cinnamon


Place 1 package (4 cups) of butternut squash cubes in 1 quart of boiling water. Cover and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the squash and mash together with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Makes 6 servings of 1/2 cup each.
