Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    16 oz chicken, sliced
    2 cups orange juice
    4 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbs corn starch
    2 cups carrots, diagonally sliced
    1 cup onion
    2 cups snap peas
    1 cup broccoli,chopped

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add chicken. In small bowl mix oj, honey and cornstarch. Pour over chicken once it is cooked. Add vegetables and stir fry until cooked.

Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice.

Makes 4-2 cup servings
