    1 pound ground turkey
    1 onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 C. green beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 C. zucchini
    1/4 C. frozen peas & carrots
    1/4 C. frozen corn
    1 C. beef broth
    1 T. flour
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    Assorted herbs - thyme, parsley, sage, basil - about 1 tsp. total
    1 bag frozen cauliflower
    1/4 C. Greek yogurt
    1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded


Brown ground turkey with onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add remaining vegetables (except cauliflower) to meat mixture. In small saucepan, heat beef broth to boiling then whisk in flour. Add to meat and vegetables and cook over medium heat until "gravy" is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.

Cook cauliflower in boiling water until very tender. Drain. In a food processor, combine cauliflower, yogurt, and salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until blended and smooth. Spread mashed cauliflower over meat mixture.

Sprinkle cheese and paprika over cauliflower. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
