Ingredients

1lb penne pasta
2 chicken cutlets (appx 6oz total)
Salt and Pepper
1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes(MAYBE LESS IF YOU dont like spice-but tasty)
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1lemons,juiced
3 tblsp fresh cut parsely
3 cloVes of garlic- sliced(MORE IF YOU PREFER)
Directions
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, until al dente. Drain well.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a large grill pan over medium high and add chicken. Grill until golden and completely cooked. Remove to a plate and slice.
Add the garlic to a saute pan with olive oil. Now add red pepper flakesn then garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and turn heat off. Mix all together.
Remove pasta to a large bowl. Add chicken to the warm pasta. Sprinkle in chopped parsley. Add the juice of 1 lemon (you can add 2 because I was a bit skepical but it probably wld have been better!) and mix.
OPTIONAL Before serving top with Parmesan (1/4c)
