Ingredients



    * *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    * Water, tap, 150 mL
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    * Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
    * Milk, 2%, 200 mL
    * Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    * Flour, whole grain, 20 grams

Directions

Peel the potato, slice it. Cook potato in water (not too much, only cover potato), add salt, pepper, bay leaf. When it's cooked thicken it with sour cream, flour and add milk. Boil it 3 minutes, and ready.
You can serve it with stew or meatlof.
