Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, yukon gold, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. onions, thinly sliced
3 tsp. garlic powder (or to your taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper, black (or to your taste)
    Non-stick cooking spray (olive oil)

Directions

Use mandolin to slice potatoes and onions into very thin slices. Rinse potatoes. Spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray and arrange potatoes and onions on aluminum foil. Spray potatoes and onions with additional non-stick cooking spray until lightly coated. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over potatoes and onions. Fold aluminum foil over the potatoes and onions to make a "pack". Use an additional piece of aluminum foil to seal the "pack". Place on barbecue grill for 7 1/2-10 minutes and turn over, cooking an additional 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from barbecue grill and serve. Makes 2 - 1/2 or 3/4 cup servings. (Depending on size of potatoes).
