    1 lb ground lean beef
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 fresh egg
    1 small onion chopped
    3 garlic cloves
    1 cup green or multicolored peppers rough chopped
    3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 to 1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
    1/2 cup water


Mix all ingredients together , EXCEPT marinara sauce and water, in a food processor (that way veggies and oatmeal are fined chopped).

Pre-heat oven to 350F.

With mix, form 2 inch diameter Balls. Place in a foil lined pam sprayed pyrex. Mix Marinara Sauce and Water and use it to cover meatballs. BAke for aprox. 20 minutes or until done.
Serving should be 2mt balls per person.
