    Riceland Enriched Rice, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)


The mix is always 1 cup rice to 2 cups water. I just make as much as possible. I have a pan that will make 15 cups at one time. I then put either .75 or 1 cup of rice in a freezer baggy. Make sure to flatten out and do not leave any air if possible. Place in freezer until needed. When ready to pull out a serving, open up bag about an inch, place in microwave and heat for about 2 to 3 minutes depending upon your microwave. By flattening your rice, it will heat evenly in the microwave. I even use this packaged rice for some of my recipes.
