Ingredients

    3 lb. chuck roast, fat trimmed off and cut into big chunks
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (iI like the Zesty)
    1 lite beer

Directions

Trim fat from meat and cut into large chunks. Put in crock pot and sprinkle dressing mix on top. Pour beer over all. Cover and cook on high 1 hour and low for about 23 hours (give or take). The alcohol cooks off. About half way through it will fall apart and you can shred it with a fork. The smell is so good it will about drive you nuts during the night.

Good on sandwich buns or by itself. I have tried to improve with onion, garlic, peppers and the like, but it just doesn't get any better.
