    2 Chicken breast cutlets
    1 red onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 yellow bell pepper
    Adobo seasoning
    10 tbsp cooking sherry
    10 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil


Mix sherry & olive oil in large frying pan & heat (med. heat). Slice onion, yellow pepper, & red pepper into strips & add to pan. Cut chicken into strips & add to pan. Sprinkle Adobo on top & cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked on med. heat.
