Introduction

A healthier alternative to my favorite cookie. The whole wheat flour and lack of shortening certainly makes this taste like a "healthy" cookie... but it is worth the sacrifice to have some chocolate chips without guilt. We cook these all the time now to keep the cookie jar filled for snacking. Excellent treat with a glass of skim milk!! A healthier alternative to my favorite cookie.
