Ingredients

    2Lbs. ground sirloin
    1 slice of bread(cut into cubes)
    1/8 cup splash of milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp coarse black pepper
    1/2tsp allspice
    1tablespoon tomatoe paste
    1 med onion(finely chopped)
    reserve 1/4 amount


Directions

Create a well in center of meat.

Put bread cubes and splash of milk
pour beaten egg to cover bread.

Add seasoning, salt, allspice, paste, and onion.
Mix

Form 4 large ovals patties 3/4 inch thick.

Pan fry in nonstick skillet over med/high heat for about 7 minutes each side under loose foil tent.

Gravy: Remove patties and heat pan again reducing heat to med.

Add: 2 T butter,1/4 of chopped onion reserve.

Cook 2 minutes

Sprinkle with flour(about 2 T)

Whisk 1-11/2cups of beef broth.Bring to bubble.
(Add broth if too thick)

Stir in condiments:1T ketchup, ! rounded teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1T Steak suace
