Ingredients



    * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 0.5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    * Beef, eye of round, 4 oz (remove)
    * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)
    * 1 tbsp butter

Directions

1. Cook rice with vegetables and a tbsp of olive oil, as you usually do.
2. Spray a pan and cook the steak till brown, not too cooked because it will be dry.
3. Fry 3 eggs with non stick spray and chop in tiny pieces.
4. In a large skillet pour butter, add onions, then rice, then eggs and finally add steak. Then add soy sauce to taste as well as salt or pepper if you like.
